THOD is exclusively reporting that your Fightins have dumped their Interleague Hat.
Although rarely worn, THOD enjoyed the fact that the Phillies had the tradition of wearing a different hat during games against the A.L., even if it was to sell additional merchandise.
Which surely leaves every Phils fan wondering what they would have done if they would have made it to the World Series.
THOD will officially hold a retirement ceremony as we will raise said hat into the rafters of 116 Hermit at a date to be determined some time in May, to coincide with the rescheduling and rebirth of the 1-year anniversary party that was cancelled due to the mitigatingest of circumstances.
THOD would also at this time would like to fondly remember the all blue-cap that the Fightins donned to follow-up their '93 World Series appearance in the '94 opener. That lid lasted one year. Dig the Danny Jackson!!
